Fillers Dr. Neil has extensive experience in the use of a variety of fillers, and has been among the first in the area to offer Radiesse, Sculptra, Perlane, and Juvederm. In addition to correction of folds and wrinkles, they can correct scars, enhance cheekbones and add youthful fullness.
Thermage Dr. Neil was the first in the region to use Thermage in 2003, and has done more treatments than anyone in the area. Thermage is used on the face, eyelids and body for smoothing, tightening, and restoring more youthful contours- in one treatment with no downtime! We use the Thermacool NXT the latest and fastest Thermage machine.
Fractional Laser Resurfacing Smooth wrinkles and scars, and remove sunspots on the face or elsewhere on the body, as well as treating skin "crepiness". Deep correction achieved in most cases over a series of three to four treatments, with only mild redness for about two days after. Much safer than traditional laser resurfacing, with fast healing.
Photofacials Remove pigmented and vascular lesions, improving rosacea and melasma, evening skin tone.
Permanent Hair Removal Results achieved faster, with greater safety and comfort, compared with most other lasers. Safe on all skin types.
Acne Treatments The Starlux V provides rapid clearing of acne lesions, killing bacteria, decreasing redness, and shrinking oil glands.
The Blu-U light is a painless treatment done twice a week for 4 weeks for mild to acne on any skin type. Levulan can be applied prior to treatment with either in to enhance results in moderate to severe cases. Medical treatment with topical and or oral agents may also be prescribed.
 Photodynamic Therapy for sun damage Levulan applied to the skin before treatment with Blu-U light treats actinic keratoses (precancerous spots) and some early skin cancers. Sunlight must be avoided for 36 hrs after, and there is usually 2-7 days of redness. This is usually much easier to tolerate, especially on the face, than a month or more of prescription creams. This is a medical treatment covered by insurance.
Laser leg vein treatment The most effective and comfortable laser available for leg vein treatments- the Starlux 1064 ND Yag, appropriate for small veins. All skin types are safely treated.
Sclerotherapy Injections for varicose veins larger than 3mm. Very large or extensive veins are referred for surgical evaluation.
Mesotherapy effective treatment for localized fat deposits- using multiple tiny injections. Can also smooth irregularities from liposuction.
Microdermabrasion Medical strength microdermabrasion followed by a soothing cooling gel and sunscreen.
Superficial Chemical Peels freshens, reduces with sunspots, fine lines and acne.
